Come on with us for this fun exploration of some of Nashville's non-native dishes!  If you don't know a Borscht from a Biminbop or a Banh Mi, this is the trip for you!  Our fine city is made up of so many different cultures that bring great preparations of meats, stews, pastries and desserts that it's hard to try them all!  We're glad to help!

We'll visit the places where food is made in authentic ways from at least four different continents.  You'll find new flavors, textures and ingredients along with a small group of culinary cohorts and a knowledgeable guide.  You'll taste several foods and investigate a little bit of foreign culture in the process.

Invite a friend or make some new ones! There's plenty to talk about on this tour, and lots of new things to try. You're welcome to bring your own beverages for the van if you like, alcoholic or otherwise, but these won't be allowed into the restaurants we visit.  The tour includes sampling portions at each stop and easily adds up to a full meal, so come hungry!  You won't want to miss this!
